Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fusion Media retains the right to use any images produced under this agreement for portfolio display, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials. Clients may opt out of this usage by notifying Fusion Media in writing at the time of delivery or within 7 days thereafter.
Furthermore, to ensure I can capture the best possible images for you, I kindly ask that the property be fully ready for photography at the scheduled time. Should a shoot need to be cancelled or postponed upon my arrival because the premises are not adequately prepared (e.g., excessively untidy or requiring extensive cleanup), a flat rate of £35 will be applied to cover the costs of travel and time lost, and a new appointment will need to be arranged.
