Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fusion Media retains the right to use any images produced under this agreement for portfolio display, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials. Clients may opt out of this usage by notifying Fusion Media in writing at the time of delivery or within 7 days thereafter.
